RETREAT PACKAGE INVESTMENT
What is included:
Whale Watching excursion
5 meals with private chef (2 brunch/lunches, 3 dinners)
Daily yoga practices
Hiking excursion in Moran State Park
1 private soak in the hot tubs
Investment for retreat package with lodging:
DEPOSIT (non-refundable) $300 - this is included in total price
SINGLE ~ $1199 - SOLD OUT
SHARED ~ $899 - 1 spot left as of July 22
WITHOUT LODGING (programming/meals) ~ $499 ~ STILL AVAILABLE ~ non-refundable deposit of $300 (incl. in total price).
With this package, you would book your own yurt, campsite, private cabin, or stay off-site
Please note that preferred payment options after the deposit are check, Apple Pay, or Zelle. A small fee will be added for PayPal or Venmo due to their admin charges.
Half payment due by July 31st 2024 // Full payment is due by September 15th 2024
What is not included in the retreat package:
Ferry Ticket (approx $64 in 2023)
Flights/transportation to Doe Bay
Travel Insurance
Alcoholic beverages
Depending on group size, we may ask that a few guests drive separately/caravan to Whale Watching & Hiking (less than 20 miles)
ONCE REGISTERED
As the retreat approaches, you will receive an informational email with more information about Orcas Island, getting there, what to pack, and more about our time together. You’ll also receive a waiver of liability to sign, knowing that you choosing to participate in this experience at your own risk.
REFUND POLICY
Full refund (minus deposit) before June 30th, 2024
50% refund (minus deposit) between June 30th to August 31st 2024*
No refunds after August 31st, 2024*
*If the retreat is canceled by the host, you will receive a refund in full.
* In case of extreme personal circumstances, we will consider full refunds less small administration fee on a case-by-case basis if your spot can be filled.
* If you cannot attend, you are welcome to sell your retreat package to another guest with the approval of the host if it is not full/no waiting list. It is not the responsibility of the host to fill your place.
