Retreat package begins Friday, November 17th at 4pm til Sunday, November 19th at 1pm.
Once you have reserved your spot with this deposit, Mary will reach out to you within 48 hours to let you know about payment options (digital & check).
If we are full, we’ll put you on a waiting list. We may be able to add a few additional guests if we have enough time to plan for you!
INVESTMENT for Wild Rice Retreat Package November 17-19th:
Treehaus Room (4 private rooms in a group unit) Private suite with twin bed, bathroom, outdoor patio and shared living space: $1,399 per person
** Nests (most luxurious and private) can be added on demand: Standalone cabin with a king bed, sleeper sofa, kitchenette, and front porch: $1,799 (single occupancy) $1,399 per person (double occupancy)
$300 Deposit secures your spot (non-refundable)
Half payment due August 15th 2023
Full payment due October 15th 2023
Please note, there is a late fees of $10/day added for delayed payments.
Please note that preferred payment options are check, Apple Pay, or Zelle. A small fee will be added for PayPal or Venmo due to their admin charges.
ONCE REGISTERED
As the retreat approaches, you will receive an informative email with more information about Wild Rice, getting there, what to pack, what to expect, and will introduce you to your roommate if you chose to be paired with someone. You’ll also receive a waiver of liability to sign, knowing that you choosing to participate in this experience at your own risk.
REFUND POLICY:
Full refund (minus deposit) before August 15th 2023
50% refund (minus deposit) between August 15th and October 15th 2023
No refunds after October 15th 2023
* In case of extreme personal circumstances, we will consider full refunds less deposit + small administration fee on a case by case basis if your spot can be filled (if sold out). If you are unable to attend and would like to sell your spot, this may be arranged with the approval of the host. It is not the responsibility of the host to sell your spot.
